A Plethora of Flip Flops

Collectively, Michelle and I have nearly every color of flip flop Old Navy has ever made. (Please see accompanying visual.)

  • An impressive collection indeed. Did you happen to have different colors, or were there duplicates?

  • wow, and that was all she could say, wow

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 5:57 PM

  • We are so closely connected in our minds and brains and heads that there were no duplicates at all. It's been planned since the beginning of time, obviously.

  • you guys have dirty feet

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 7:49 PM

  • Wow, no duplicates. I'm guessing you have more pairs than Michelle. And I'm guessing she borrows them. Just a guess.

  • Yes, we do have dirty feet. They're quite stinky too if you must know...

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10:57 PM

  • I must know, I must!

  • Dear Mr. Clean Feet,

I understand one thing about you: you are obsessed with the cleanliness of feet, especially ours. But I must require one more bit of information about you to allow you to continue to post deeply emotionally scarring comments. Who are you? What is your REAL name? And Michelle would like to know what your favorite color is. I guess that's more than one item, but yeah. Take it or leave it, bucko. I mean, Mr. Clean Feet. Thank you.

    Sincerely,
    La Brookinator

  • OH dear... I think these comments scare me more than the blog itself... which I already knew about your multiple amounts of flipflops! I have like...2 oh well.
Now,the question is... what will you do when the summer comes!!! Bwhahahaha... and i will have all access to several of those colors! I am excited already! GO FLIPFLOPS!!!!

  • I wore a new pair of old navy flip flops today (of the brown assortment, and the first flip flops of the season for me). anyways...they are super squeaky and so it's real embarrassing

  • I got another pair of flip flops. Does this make me a sad sort of character? Or does it help that they're not Old Navy? Or that I spent 25 bucks to get them?

By Blogger Brookie, at 4:39 PM

  • Dearest Brookinator,

I love that we are corresponding via this comment space. I also love how we format these comments letter style.

In answer to your questions, NO! Wait, just kidding. As to my identity, I won't reveal it, but I will say that you know who I am. And I know who you are. My REAL name is Anonymous. No really, it is. My parents are crazy.Jay/Kay.

Michelle- my favorite color is blue. You know this.

I suppose that if we keep this up, eventually you will figure out who I am.

    Love,
    Mr. Clean Feet

  • Oh man! Who are you, Mr. Clean Feet? It's gonna kill me! I have my suspicions... but for now I will keep them covert. Time for questions:

    Is your last name Campbell?
And if not, can you at least hint at it?

Do you have a blog? Do I tend to comment on it? How often to you post?

Wow. That's a lot of questions. Hopefully you will find the time and courtesy to answer them all.

By Blogger Brookie, at 5:20 PM

  • Nice guess. But not quite there. My last name is not Campbell. A hint for my last name? The first letter of it is found in the 2nd half of the alphabet.

I do have a blog. You do not tend to comment on it. I blog more then some, and not as much as others.

    There, I answered them all.

  • Mr. Clean Feet, what have I told you about goin' around buggin' people on their blogs? You come on home right now and stop pestering this brooke girl with all your dirty feet comments!!!

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 9:19 AM

  • Yes 'm

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 1:05 PM

  • But I know who is. And I'm not telling.

P.S. I too enjoy anonymous comments on your blog. Period. The end.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 4:16 PM

  • Gahhh!

By Blogger Brookie, at 5:26 PM

  • We're teaming up now. Look out!

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 5:55 PM

  • You two better come clean and tell miss brooke just exactly who you are or....you don't even want to know what I could do to you in your sleep! (like put shaving cream all over your face!)

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 1:30 AM

  • Maybe I should change the name of this blog to something more fitting like "A Plethora of Comments by a Strange Group of People Who All Happen to Have Names With The Phrase 'Clean Feet' in Them."

By Blogger Brookie, at 11:14 AM

  • This is highly amusing. Keep it up clean feets!

By Blogger Brittany, at 6:25 PM

  • Mrs. clean feet, you wouldn't do that, because if you did I would shave your eyebrows off.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 1:51 PM

  • Holy foot fetish, Batman.

What's going on here? I'm just impressed by the huge number of comments, so here's another one to run up the score.

By Blogger Melissa, at 9:47 AM

  • Holy mother of pearl, this is a boatload of comments! Y'argh, I love sea-going jargon!
    Oh, and Mr Clean Feet:
Are you insecure about your feet? Is that why your name is Mr Clean Feet? It could be that your feet are positively disgusting, yet you have beautifully painted toenails. Points to you, my man, for trying.
    Props, bro.

  • while were at it, lets add another one
