Exercise... psh!

Due to the fact that January is nearing its end and I still have yet to come up with some serious New Year's resolutions, I thought to myself this weekend that I might get started with a new exercise regime. This would include walking briskly to and from the HC, to and from classes, and last, but definitely not least, bringing up an exercise ball from home. You heard me: an exercise ball. Now, I had plans in store for this "Glory Ball" (which is what I've decided to call it). It would help me strengthen my "core" just by sitting on it and "promote a healthier lifestyle." In short, this ball represented the fact that all my dreams were about to come true. Boy did they ever!

After a half-hour-long contest of who could balance themselves longest on the Glory Ball, I came out the winner with approximately 37 seconds. Michelle came in second with a whopping 23 seconds. Not only have we learned that we are super-coordinated, but we came to this inevitable conclusion: Brooke + Michelle + The Glory Ball = Super Cutsie Pootsie! So I decided we must continue our endeavors of being constantly picture happy and have yet another photo shoot! Now you, our awaiting public, can revel in the fruits of our labors... Enjoy!

Now that that's out of the way, I would like to personally apologize to everyone out there for not updating my blog in so long... I've just been so... um... busy. Yeah, that's it: BUSY. You will obviously be able to tell from all the pictures I'm about to share with you all that this is NOT a LIE!!! So here is the week-long update you've all been dying to see!

As you can probably tell, Jess and I are just finishing up our gorging session in which we ate vast quantities of Twizzlers Bits (which were quite delicious if you must know the truth)!!

The picture on the left features Jess doing an act of service so noble and true that she deserves a Gold Star! Way to go for wiping my car free of snow!! The picture on the right features my new stylish hair cut (That's five inches of hair missing, people!!) and my drunk-looking demeanor. Let me know which is more appealing... LOL.

This last picture is a bittersweet one: Our dear friend Prince Eric is leaving at long last on Wednesday morning for the MTC where he will prepare to serve the people of Guatemala for the next two years as Elder Pedersen. I know we will all miss him a lot... Muchos tears...

But DON'T BE SAD! DON'T BE SAD... Because I really like my smile in this one! Tee hee!
